The Music & Memory volunteer program provides volunteers with the resources and information they need to support MUSIC & MEMORY® Certified Organizations. Whether by fundraising or working directly with staff, Music & Memory volunteers are dedicated to bringing personal music to those who need it most. Here are some ways volunteers can support your organization: Tech-savvy volunteers can provide tech support by creating playlists in iTunes and loading them onto iPods or SanDisk MP3 Players. Volunteer-organized fundraisers and equipment donation drives can offset program costs and bring awareness of your Music & Memory program into the community. Have you seen Music & Memory’s interactive Certified Care Organization map? Located on our public website, the map has a listing for every certified organization around the world and shows which organizations are open to volunteers. Volunteers can search by organization name and address to find a listing of all local Music & Memory Certified Organizations open to volunteer assistance.
